Court: N.D. California

Case: 18-CV-03509

PG&E has requested the court to dismiss the lawsuit filed by investors. The court will determine whether the case proceeds.

What is this lawsuit about?

Between April 29, 2015, and November 15, 2018, PG&E allegedly failed to maintain its electricity transmission and distribution networks in compliance with state safety regulations. Investors claim that the company was in violation of California law and failed to disclose that its networks posed a significant wildfire risk.

Following this, PCG dropped, damaging shareholders.

Then, on June 12, 2018, shareholders filed a claim against PG&E.
