I believe wave 4 is almost done retracing and ready for the final wave 5 up. It could be entry 1 where wave 4 doesn't enter wave 1 according to Elliot Wave.
A second entry would be the golden pocket between .618 and .65 fib level.
Other positive signs:
- RSI 1H and 4H bullish divergence
- Sell volume isn't that high and slowly drying up
