If you have done this, I will be glad to hear your reasons. For what?
Here is my answer why I didn't.
I didn't see any rational grain in Yandex's actions.
1/ Yandex had already built its own financial service - Yandex.Money, which, with minor modifications and rebranding, could be turned into a full-fledged banking service.
1.1. The purchase is being made on the eve of the acute phase of a gigantic economic crisis.
1.2.Yandex is able to sit out any crisis with its resources and pick up a half-dead bank for next to nothing. You just had to wait a few years.
2/ Tinkoff Bank will become a loss-making asset with a problem portfolio during the crisis. It will require additional investments and siphon money out of profitable Yandex businesses.
3/ Stock purchases are at their peak!
4/ Strong seller volumes are visible! Big Money leaving stocks!


Actual scenario!

Consolidation in corridor 55 - 70 at the end of 2020 - Q1 2021



Monthly scenario = triangle consolidation. Strong support at 60 USD.

Globally I look forward to consolidation. Renewal of historical highs is unlikely. Current status is neutral. The outlook is negative.
