Jeff Cooper Expansion breakout.

I have tested this idea a bit for stocks and it looks good.
1. Stocks >30$
2. today must be highest high range in 7 days
3. today must breakout over 40 day high or low
4. ADX must be low <20 and must be below both the D+ and D-
5. Volume >1.25 % Average volume
6. 9MA must be > 50 MA for long and 9 MA<50MA for shorts
7. Enter long on new breakout of today's price tomorrow if it does not gap by 1% and Enter short for new breakdown of today's price if it does not gap by 1%
