XTZ ready to move..

xtz looks ready to move up. Looking at 4.00 -> 4.50. Strength index is up. volume is increasing and XTZBTC pair is aligning with usd movements. In my experience this is when price can fluctuate in large amounts. The energy is above the moving average. As the red MA moves up it will push up price imo. We will see.
