LEG C (Flat) to complete Wave 2 before Bullish Rocket UP

For OIL we seem to be in its minor Wave 2 which seems to be unfolding as a Flat Corrective structure. Within the Flat Structure we are in its final LEG C. I anticipate this LEG C to unfold in 5 waves down before see another massive rally to the upside for Wave 3 on OIL.
