XRPUSDT. Consolidate inside penant

XRP been consolidate, making a triangle penant
But i think this position is still a neutral zone..
for now bull vs bear , i'd say 60% v s40% (because BTC itself is facing a breakdown rising wedge)
we must consider the risk too..

I think its better buy/long when the triangle penant breakout for a safe trade.
the target is following my arrow.
