In recent months there was a lot of diffrent speculations regarding 
XRPUSD and its classification. Should it be clasificated as a currency, commodity or security. Even though XRPUSD is going to be stated as a security that is good and at least we know where we stand now. SEC chairman stated that raising capital to fund projects are a securities (Ripple issuing XRPs and has an ongoing ICO).
Thats a good thing, now that we know regulation, the next move is institutional investors coming in with their big bags of money therefore raising value ofXRPUSD. But before that happens there should be some downside because not all people are aware that stating XRP as a security is a good thing.

Furthermore we have some news from Japan. SBI VC has started to send out the famous post cards to the new customers, and this is a part of their standard KYC process. They will be able to start trading soon. That can be a breaking point we have been all waiting on.
