If braking the netline it's possible the bullish moment continue to be strong. I would enter for a long call with a SL few inch under the Min of the candle braking the netline.
If on binary i would wait for the netline braking , and enter if the next candle doesnt pass the minimum of previous candle with a 30 min call.
