XRP Breaking Out or Will it correct to .30 and then take off?

XRP is at a point either it breaks out above .55 to head towards $1.20 target or we correct to around .30ish and then we are off for one of XRP's well known SURGE upward. Will XRP give us one more buying opportunity at .30 levels? Or will we skip the correction and head on upwards, time will tell all truths.
