### Current Wyckoff Phase: Phase D

The price action on the chart strongly suggests that XRP is in **Phase D of a Wyckoff re-accumulation cycle**.

* **Phase A & B:** The period from mid-July to late September, characterized by volatile price swings within a narrowing range, served to stop the prior uptrend and build a "cause" for the next move.
* **Phase C:** The dip in late September can be seen as the "Spring," where the price briefly dropped to shake out weak hands before being quickly reclaimed.
* **Phase D:** The current price action is the most critical. XRP has broken out of the multi-month descending trendline, which is a clear **Sign of Strength (SOS)**. It is now in a pullback phase, testing the broken trendline as new support. A successful hold here would confirm the transition to a markup phase (Phase E).
