*DISCLAIMER* I actually created this chart idea at the green arrow. For some reason, TradingView will not let me publish this idea, and therefore it has taken me several days for me to get it to work. However, it proves that my initial thesis was indeed correct, and should suggest that it is perhaps actually occurring.
