Xlm testing 40 soon?

Using the Williams alligator and fractals the 50 moving average and the rsi I've been able to accurately predict reversals to within a cent in xlms pattern. It's holding strong at fib levels of support and has been struggling to break into the 30s doing so only once today. It's my belief that is that when xlm breaks out again it will make a move towards 35. I'll be watching intently to see if it breaks resistance there and pushes towards the move we've hoped for yesterday, another test of the 40 cent resistance level. At any rate now is a great time to buy xlm. If it goes over 40 again I believe we won't see 20 again.
