Potential to Observe Higher Highs for XLM in the Long Term

An update on XLM USD in the long term group of time frames (1W, 2W, 3W, 4W), the mid term group of time frames (3D, 6D, 9D, 12D) and the near term group of time frames (1D, 2D, 3D, 4D) using the Phoenix Ascending indicators and Bad Ass Bollinger Bands. There is potential for upward price movement in proximity to the Bollinger Band basis in the daily with downward pressure prevailing in the other near term group time frames, the mid term time frames (3D, 6D, 9D, 12D), and in the 1W and 2W. There is potential to observe higher highs in the 3W and 4W.
