XLM/USD Rejected 2 times as breakout imminent

XLM vs USD chart from Coinbase data is being rejected here already 2 times by the 0.786 FIB, indicating that for the moment we are not going higher, ideally, we want to see a very nice and clean breakout above the 786 fib line, and a nice either Daily or 12H candle close above the 0.786 fib line in order to indicate some strong incentive for a push to a new All time high, considering we are in the type or rotation phase happening at the moment with coins like EOS/ETC, and others along with the garbage meme coins taking off, it is only a matter of time this does not go unnoticed by traders.
