Stellar - sleeping giant with news around the corner - Long

Stellar is massively oversold and has been on a downtrend since Sep 18th 2018. Expecting a bounce to 0.65 and 0.618 Fib area. Key dates to follow: March 20 - Money 20/20 even in Asia with Stellar and IBM. Would definitely sell the news.
Stellar roadmap released for 2019 on their website.
On the technical side - MACD will be soon ticking positive and the Volume is picking up.
