Perfect conditions for a breakout north - yes, there is some price action that could point the other way - a sort of h&s formation if you're inclined to see one - but that arose more from the extreme confluence of contradictary trends as I have tried to depict here. It could go either way, but I'm taking the long side(am in from 3888) with a tight protective stop at 3820, if nothing else because I see alot more potential to the upside than south (my tgt is 4171)
