Same setup as 11/23
The RSI and pattern look very similar to 11/14-11/23 of 2017 with the same prices....could be the setup for a huge breakout

Gotta break 8700 before I'm fully confident that the bulls are in control, but looks like the big money got it down to where they wanted :)
