Possible C&H forming on this XBTUSD breakout

After hitting an all time high of BTCUSDSHORTS we had a bit of a break out to the upside on XBTUSD liquidating many shorts and breaking up above the strong 7100 level briefly. Expecting a small retrace to between 6800-6900 which would form a pretty solid cup and handle. Volume is still on a slow but steady decline even during this break out to the upside. Feeling more bearish overall but the possible C&H is there and wanted to make note of it.
