Expansion Higher On Gold

I want to see Gold Clear all those highs. Because I am Bearish on Dollar afterwards, I would like to see a return back down after clearing those highs, it can reach back to the low of the Weekly SIBI.
The limit will be the closure above C.E of the Weekly Premium Wick on the Daily Chart.
