Silver. Lower Low, Lower Highs. Posible break of down trend ?

Silver is in an interesting situation. The last 4 months lower highs and Lower lows form.
There is very decent support at 28.500.

currently it look as if silver wants to break the downward going trend line. But we need confirmation of that.

I'm slightly bullish.
