Silver Dollar if or when..

I am sell bias on this one but this is a "If the market does this then I do that, if the market does that then I do this trade." Price has not broken the descending resistance, has tried but failed to push past it. Price is also currently in a downtrend, and I see no signs of trend changing yet. BUT if price does happen to break descending resistance and create support I will go long. Happy trading everyone
