WKHS: possible 30?

If this can hold over the ~~22.75-23.00 zone, it could make another run to 30:
* This chart looks like a massive bull flag on weekly.
* very high short interest
* NKLA/GM deal spurring additional possible interest from other manufacturers?
* MACD turning upwards
* fleeing TSLA money could be looking for other electric vehicle companies?

could easily run further but I do not like how some of the tech leaders are shaping up, especially AAPL. there is a big divergence between the tech names and the rest of the market; I could see it dragging here. I will probabaly be back but going to sit out a little while and take these gains.
