First of all the price found the bottom on the long-term resistance and bounced with a high volume. Bullish flag. Secondly the RSI trend line is broken and tested with low volume correction, which means there were no seller and buys are paused. Now the price is under the next resistance and trying to hold above recent trend line. I believe entry above resistance with stop below recent low is worth to bet on it. Targets are 1.618, 2 and may be 3 fib levels.
