There is a clear cup and handle forming on the daily chart for 
VRAUSDT.
There is about a -29% drop to MA 200, which I expect to be the lowest point before a reversal.
The last breakout saw a +2,447% gain!
It's my opinion that the safest bet would be to wait for the candlestick to break through the top trendline and then retest it as support, before securing a position.
