VITL IPO grows, analysts like what they see

Vital Farms Inc, is another stock to watch that may benefit further from Covid 19. As the stock has surged 14%, Stifel began coverage on the stock with a $43 target price, stating: "COVID-related demand has benefited the egg and dairy categories and Vital Farms as well resulting in a surge in sales over the past five months,"

I would expect to see this one at least hit the target price, but as it is an IPO, expect high volatility - meaning it could swing from its all-time-high to its all-time-low within a day. Otherwise, I like this stock so far, and will continue watching it.
