VIB- I'm Getting the VIB!

Getting in here at the relative start of a new bullish trend. Much to like here.
Initial target is 2.618 EXT, as all previous moves up where about this pump level.
Higher levels don't actually reveal too much resistance l feel here, so it should move very quickly once above 34c.
Get out and entry levels for me are given.
