What a week for the $ZAR, starting at R14.47/USD and ending at R14.47. The big BUT, is that it went to R14.75 during this period first and all the way back. Ratings agency Moody's said it would not publish a review of South Africa's debt rating on Friday as indicatively scheduled, without giving a reason for the delay or the next scheduled release date.
