US Dollar Index 1H Diagram Technical Analysis seems as following:
The index has declined under all the SMA(30,50,100,200) and it is under the KUMO and the Kijun Sen.
It has a special pattern of Head & Shoulders that shows a neckline @11990.
If it breaches this level then the next target could be @ [11990 - (12060-11990)] = 11920.
Stop loss in the KUMO.
