Touch of 0.9000, then an exhaustion topping pattern? Range of 0.9000 / 08900 till 1st or 2nd week of Oct? Resistance at 0.9000 has multiple rejections in June and July of this year. Also price meets a bear channel on or around 20Sept. Efficiency of the last bull leg is weaker than the prior leg, with a very low VIX reading adding to a likely rounded top or a Head & Shoulders reversal?
