First its a down trend as i can see a higher high and higher low. Higher low, but the second low couldnt break through the 1st higher low. There is a support zone that is blocking it from going down any further. I also see a double bottom at the recent price action, which confirms it going bull. Also if you look at the RSI indicator, you will be able to see a divergence going bullish. This is all my contributing factors why it going to go bullish.
