Twitter looking at a 1-3 months downtrend

I am expecting TWTR to follow a downtrend for the foreseeable future. Going short on a 1-3 months basis.

- Approaching its upper trendline
- Crossed down its MA 10 and on its way to cross down MA 30
- RSI > 80, we are a looking at an largely overbought stock
- MACD bearish crossover
