Ranking system

Hi, so I was thinking about a chart analysis ranking system. This is my first attempt doing it, hope you guys like it.
The goal is to give you an outlook on how bullish I am on a particular stock. A stock can get up to 12 points (-12 very bearish, 12 extremely bullish).
The ranking system contains the following aspects:
Indicators:
RSI: (-2;+2)
MACD: (-2;2)
Chart patterns: (-1;1)
Higher low/highs-Lower l./h.: (-1;1)
Mid-long term trend: (-2;2)
Backtest, Breakouts: (0;1)
Earnings: (0;1)
Volatility low/high: (-1;1)
Risk/reward: (2;2)

The current outlook is: 4/12=33.33%
This number is still incorrect because approximately it should be around 55-60%.
So I have to improve it.
