Forgot to share the formulas, if you wanna try for yourself here you go:
X = Open Price
SPY:
LOW: y=0.9957x+3.9343 (Example, Open of 450 would be y=0.9957(450)+3.9343)
HIGH: y=0.9931x+0.5758 (Example, Open of 450 would be y=0.9931(450)+0.5758)
etc.

DIA:
LOW: y=1.0005x - 1.9062
HIGH: y=0.9792x+8.767

The formula should be updated weekly.
Remember its only applicable to data that is linear/normally distributed.

Also note, that these are rough projections, if using this method, plot out the price range and play the price action around them (i.e. whether they act as support, resistance or as a CONSERVATIVE target price for your bias (i.e. short or long).
