Tesla Update: Monday Brings Clarity

Tomorrow should be a red day according to my count. I have said that in the past and been wrong though, so you've been warned lol. Friday, we got a little of that volatility I mentioned. It wasn't anything super crazy, but we definitely extended further than anticipated and I attribute it on the jobs report. The move up was on very weak volume and created signs of HBD.

I anticipate us to be moving down tomorrow regardless on if we open green or red. The NQ and ES both opened with a gap to the downside. They could retrace that for OMH before falling creating the higher open I am talking about. If not though, Tesla will open with a gap to the downside and just continue dropping.

If we do open higher, we shouldn't breach $262.39, and a breach of $263.60 seriously calls this count into question and could be suggesting we're starting larger wave 3 of (3) early. Especially if we we're to break it impulsively, it would not be good for those of us positioned for a move to the downside lol. Given all the signs I am seeing pointing lower though I don't anticipate that type of action. However, if you know me, you know I track both sides of the coin in the event I am wrong. This allows for easier and more seamless transitions to protect/make-up potential losses. I don't have to spend a bunch of extra time trying to figure out where I went wrong because I was already tracking that possible pathway.

Anyway, if tomorrow goes according to plan these puts will grow in value quite a bit. If not then make sure y'all practice your own risk management. My contracts don't expire until 10/27 so I have a couple weeks. Good luck everyone! I will update as able tomorrow.

The good lord has blessed us yet again this morning. This is a good start but I expect us to move much lower before I sell. Praise be to Jesus!
