Both charts present relation to a U.S. Dollar over the (long term) course of approximately 10 years. Only Imagine the BTC perspective of a Turkish investor. Now this is just an observation and no advice is here given, I am just amazed how government-backed currency fails towards the fascinating concept of Satoshi Nakamoto.
