After bottoming twice around 16-17, bounceback had to be confirmed by retesting lower levels. An important psychological limit is @ 0.02.
It may be retested again to ensure the new direction is confirmed. I think the market is not efficient enough yet to be too precise on the technical level. A 0.019 something may be acceptable as a confirmation retest.
What is for sure ;-) the value may not go lower as 0.0018 (1 more 0) as it corresponds to the price paid for bitorrent /nr of circulating trons.... meaning that nothing else of that beautiful project has any intrinsec value. We are very far from that. To invest at the actual prices has a poor level of risk. And last words, YES I have a lot of trons.
