TRON - Is that a swan??

Looking at 4hr chart, TRXBTC seems to be consolidating as its forming this swan pecker. A break out is a-comin'.
Now the real question is breakout above or below? I'm still learning but my logic says that its probably going to break above seeing that it sits below 50 day moving average and above 200 day.
