Inverse head and shoulders for TMST

Looks pretty clear to me, I'd set a stop loss right under the red line. Still has to break through LT resistance (yellow line). Just watching right now, I know everyone has rather different opinions of steel currently. What do you guys think? This is the first chart I have ever posted, so any and all criticism is greatly appreciated.
