Titan : inverted Head and Shoulder pattern - breakout

Why should I buy at higher price ?..I am waiting for price to fall back near to neckline or at least to any of the significant moving averages with confirmation. If it dont come, then let it go..let it gooooo..choose another stock..this is not the end of the world. Cheers :D
