Hi All ,
No naked buy /sell of put/call.
Don't try to guess, calculate your risk and take exactly the same risk which you can afford.
People trying to make millions in 1 trade should stay away from this .

Refer weekly chart it's showing nice reversal candle.

Directional strategy -
Strategy1 : Take only 1 lot:capital required 1.5 lakh
Buy March 370 call @ 14 , sell March 380 call @ 9 , risk is 5 rs i.e 1500 *5 = 7500rs , reward is also same 7500

Strategy2 : Take only 1 lot :capital required 2.5 lakh
Buy March 370 call @ 14 , sell March 390 call @ 6 , risk is 8 rs i.e 1500 *8 = 12000rs , reward is 1500*12= 18000

Non directional strategy( Take only 1 lot):capital required 2 lakh

Buy March 370 call @ 14.5 , Buy March 370 put @ 9.5 ,

Generally risk is very less , unless stock remains in range of 10 rs for 2 weeks.
So i take 30% risk on both put and call i.e if we loose 30% premium on both put and call i.e 4.5 and 2.5= 7rs , 1500*7 = 10.5k

For reward : Book out when we make same as initial risk involved.

My preference is non directional strategy , so that i don't have headache of tracking market every 10 min.
Don't over leverage and buy 10 lots.

This is gr8 return.
