Short rally over the next month?

This is only the forth chart I've made and just practicing... so I really don't know what I'm doing.
I just want to look back and see if I was learning anything or maybe get a good laugh at myself in the future :)
4hr chart. Hopefully SUB stays above the blue trend line, otherwise looks like maybe 4500 sat as next support.
I used fib retracement and eliot waves to get the next possible price points.
Maybe there will be a good rally when 4.0? is released but overall it seems we're still in a bear market
and I wouldn't expect a bull run until the fully functioning version is released or btc starts a bull run.
Looking long on this one and accumulating at these levels because I believe in the project. Good luck out there!

Just testing to see how I can add an updated chart to this section. Looks like pretty strong support at 4500. If this is broken, looks like 4100 is the next support.
