IS it a bottom or an other opportunity?

Based on the chart, SPY has touched a point that a signal to go up or down. But i prefer this point is an bull turning point in future move. A key point that investors should take care is the decision on Dec 18; there will no rate move on that day is what i believe. However, Huawei CFO arrested in Canada could have some impact on US-China talk. i think the term of talking will be a very long period. I suggest small or personal funds don't be scared by those machine trade, find some bottom stock and plan long term investment. Have a clear mind on trade. Have a nice holiday and spend more time with families.
