Since 2000, only twice SPY has created a clear downtrend with LH&LL, loss of 50% and 5 years of recovery. (the corona selloff was an impulse in uptrend market with very quick recovery and did not create LH&LL).
1. Year 2000 - The .com bubble crashed, Spy started a downward trend of two years with a loss of 50%.
2. Year 2007- Pre SUB PRIME and a few months after the crash with a downward trend of two years and a loss of 56%.
Year 2022- post corona, Russian Ukraine war, inflation etc.... we can see a clear downward trend of LH&LL and a loss of 24% and if we look at history, we expect another 25% drop to 275 points - FIB 0.5, and.... 5 years of recovery ):
The situation with QQQ is even worse.
