Bullish action on low volume...

Whats up Traders -

Technical -

Middle Term (We are in a Bear Flag)
Shorter Term (We are in a Rising Wedge)
Volume has been low on the breakouts . . we expect sellers to join the party

Fundamental -

Powell gave us a shot of adrenaline last week, as well as the NFP report. However, real problems still exist in the macro economy
Slowing Global Markets
Trade issues
Companies Lowering Guidance
Apple Lowered, we expect others will follow in suit.
