SPY Monthly still look bullish but beware high Vol

The monthly chart still looks very bullish. SPY is closed out the month inside the previous month's range.
Price is also sitting at the .236 RT. One thing to keep in mind, however, is the increase
in volatility since Jan 2018. This tells us we can expect outsized moves in either direction.
