This chart is based on previous year data only. Quarterly earning cycle eb and flow related stuff. All this scribble can obviously be invalidated based on Fed Policy, World changes and other things. I put this together specifically based on measured dot com bubble crash time frame from the top to bottom and figured it would be at the bottom on that info by 2024 while filling in middle with quarterly low high potential. Other info used was Michael Burry PE ratio crash potential for S&P 500 .This is not a Divine prediction but a copy and paste from the past, and other peoples info that I put in a chart.
