[Long or Short?] The brief view for the next week

Hi, guys!
Personally I do not like say something too much to people.
It sometimes makes the confusion and hard to catch up the point.
So what I want to say is, the blue line is clearly above the white line on the bottom indicator.

Thus, I would say on next week, we can see some bullish market.
I already bought it as I mentioned.
On my experiences, when it changes the signal, it usually keeps at least 2 weeks.
I wish we can see 3070-3080 line; that's currently my target.
