Sorry no 2020Feb highs but 2020 Sep high's!
But check out 2020 Feb high and the Nov 3rd high of the election night, they are exactly the same!
My thinking is that we will penetrate that number before the midterms and ideally we see 3200 level in Oct.
I know its crazy, but I've been that all year with my lower targets...
