S & P 500 index downward period trends for the past 5 years

Historically going as far back as 2016, S & P 500 market corrections have lasted a minimum of 31 days.
We are currently at the 20-day mark for this correction, as such, I am recommending going short for at least 10 days while the market re-corrects.
